About Happi Building Reports

HAPPI Reports are provided by Trevor Bostock, a qualified and accredited home building inspection consultant with over 30 years’ experience in the Building, Construction and Housing industry.He can also fit into small roof spaces, climb high ladders and fight large cobwebs and arachnids.Our reports are designed to give you the facts about all areas including structural soundness, workmanship and the overall condition of the entire property. Thermal Imaging Technology (although not always needed) can identify issues that cannot be observed with the human eye and HAPPI Reports come with photographic, video and/or thermal imaging. This enables clients to get a visual of many details observed. Most HAPPI building inspections are arranged within 24 hours of being booked, and all building reports are supplied within 24 hours of site visit or they are FOC.Whether you a buying, selling, building or investing HAPPI believe it is our responsibility to independently and without bias expertly provide this information, so that you make choices with confidence. By using Thermal Imaging we can often observe concealed building faults and termite damage, points of condensation that then indicate decay or potential for mould growth and poor structural framing that would otherwise not be possible by normal human vision.
