Tropical Reef Shipyard in Cairns is the largest slipway in Australia north of Brisbane.We have the facilities to handle a wide variety of vessel types. Our shipyard has deep water berths and a floating dock facility capable of docking vessels up to 350 tonnes.Our working yard is fully equipped with cranes, elevated work platforms and water blasters. Tropical Reef Shipyard caters for large and small vessels. Trawlers, tugs, passenger ferries and fisheries research vessels can be spray painted, cleaned and serviced. Electrical and mechanical repairs can be done on super seiners and off-shore supply vessels. Tankers, cargo vessels, yachts and defence vessels can all receive hydraulics and pneumatic repairs at our state-of-the-art facility.Contact Tropical Reef Shipyard and dock at Cairns in time for your next repair or fit-out.
