Bradweld & Fabrication was established in 2004 and provides a range of fabrication services for aluminium, steel and stainless steel products for use in ports, mining, construction and the sugar industries throughout Mackay and the Bowen Basin.We have completed service truck and trailer setups that meet the needs of our clients. Our workshop handles a well co-ordinated flow of general fabrication and repair work but also has ample capacity to supply a range of items specific to the needs of companies such as Xstrata (Newlands), Ausco, Ausenco, Isaac Plains Coal, Dig-It Landscapes, Nepean Conveyors, Multi-Span Australia and AngloAmerican. Our aluminium fabrication and welding services can custom-build walkways and handrails, as well as structural steelworks. Our repair and general fabrication work is complemented by our high level of client communication and our attention to detail. At Bradweld, we have manufactured aluminium canopies and stands and aluminium boat trailers, which are far less prone to corrosion than steel trailers. Unlike those built from galvanised steel, aluminium trailers won’t rust and, with simple cleaning, will look as good next year as it does today.For the boat owner, the lightness of an aluminium trailer, compared to one built from steel, means that you can tow a heavier boat or tow with a smaller vehicle and use less fuel.Bradweld & Fabrication’s expertise with complex industrial work is now hitting a high water mark for boat owners.
