Empathetic, open-minded and non-judgmental, she connects to each client with a balance of warmth, honour and deep respect. With a BA majoring in Psychology, she is also a member of ACA (Australian Counselling Association), ASSERT (the Australian Society of Sex Educators, Researchers and Therapists), and RCI ( Relationship Coaching Institute In America.)Whether you are feeling depressed or anxious, having health issues or looking for a change in life or career, Frances will provide both a compassionate, skilled and supportive space to explore and grow and heal. Respecting that each person is unique and different, she utilises a wide range of therapeutic skills and techniques - such as Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and ACE from Meta Medicine - to move you quickly back into a life you love and deserve.In the Relationships arena, she has clear focus on Prevention - and has been helping singles and couples attract and create wonderful relationships by getting a very clear perspective on what works to create connection and longevity in their relationships.For busy people or those overseas or in country areas, Skype and Phone sessions are available.
