About Rawconnections

We have been involved with raw living and whole foods for many years now and we describe our general approach as “balanced raw”. We believe that food should be simple, it should satisfy the five senses, satiate hunger and allow the mind and body to experience natural lightness and calmness. We have a simple mission:“… to help people live better by reconnecting to earth, nature and each other … the ultimate sources of health and healing …”We are based in the Northern Rivers/Tweed Valley and are dedicated to sourcing and supplying the highest quality range of foods, products, services, equipment, events and information about balanced raw and healthy living. All of our own products are handmade in limited batches in our commercial kitchen and small factory in the back blocks of Kirra on the Queensland/NSW border.
