Gourmet chefs specialize in fresh local produce such as game meats, cheeses, vegetables and berry fruits. The menu includes sumptuous flavour combinations; for entree Beetroot Gravlax with a chocolate & beetroot icecream and for mains Organic Local Beef that has been fed on spent grain from the 2 Metres Tall brewery. Desserts, such as De Cassis Mousse Torte, using local blackcurrants are prepared on the premises.
