Wallington Wines is a family owned and operated Organic and Biodynamic farm producing certified grapes and olives just outside the picturesque town of Canowondra in the Central Ranges Region of New South Wales.
Their unique straw bale cellar door and winery was establish in 1999 and is home to the Wallington Wine brand. All processes of making the wine from bud to bottle is undertaken on the property.
Wallington has an established olive grove of over 700 trees producing high quality organically grown extra virgin olive oil.

Their cellar door is open by appointment seven days a week and is available for small functions and wine tasting/tours.
Wood fire pizzas are now available upon request for a group of 10 or more people....
