Furnished with the original 1925 dining room tables topped with Dorrigo hoop pine, The Fernery Bistro radiates with the warm homely touches of honey toned wood, exposed brick and lush dangling ferns. Regularly changing, the Mod Oz menu focusses on country style meals made with fresh, local produce and may include choices such as slow cooked spiced silverside with white parsley sauce, or steak and kidney pie with roasted sweet potato and green beans.
