The choreographed syllabus is performed to fun modern music suitable to each age group.The dance styles incorporated in the syllabus are jazz, ballet, contemporary, hip hop, aerobics and yoga.Physical culture improves strength, fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and balance and assists with brain development and confidence.Physie classes are for girls and Ladies from 3 to 73+ years. The classes support and encourage girls and women of every age so they feel like a valuable member of the group and the community.Individual and team competitions are held annually but are not compulsory. National competitions are held at The Opera House and The State Sport Centre at Sydney Olympic Park.
