My greatest claim is I am a Queenslander and never give in. I have maintained a good name and reputation over my 28 years in Hervey Bay, Employing almost 30 staff at one stage and employing up to five apprentices at once and running three very successful butcher shops, The locals love our quality and varieties of meats, my staff are the old school types that are always jovial and happy. We look after both hospitals and two aged care facilities, priding ourselves in quality and service. We have a large modern factory, it has been said there is nothing like this between Rockhampton and Brisbane. Whale City Wholesale and Bulj Meats has been servicing the Wide Bay Region for as many years this area also includes Fraser island. Not only does Gary supply the best meat cuts available but he also has Smoked hams, Frozen fish, Chicken products and Small goods.
